Refunds and Returns

RETURN PROCEDURE

  1. Fill out the return form and make sure that the products are in the same condition as you received them, with all tags attached; along with the products also return the white inner box. If your return does not comply with these conditions, we will not be able to accept your return and issue the refund.
  2. Attach the pre-printed and pre-paid label on the original carton box (or on another box that is just as sturdy) in order to cover the outward label.
    PLEASE NOTE:
    If you must return a pair of shoes, do not use the shoe box as the outermost box on which to attach the label.
  3. Book the collection on the DHL Express portal (via web or phone call), or arrange the drop off at your nearest DHL Service Point.

You may request a return within 14 days from the date of receipt of the last package of your order. The return period may be extended during holiday periods.
Your return will only be insured against theft or loss in transit if it is returned via the above procedure. You may only send your return from the country in which the order was placed. If the return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you and no refund will be issued. 
Refunds may take up to 5-7 working days following quality control, re-stocking and crediting back to the original payment method.
It is not possible to return perfumes and products from the Sexual Wellness category.
